Yes — our 2-Week 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within two weeks of your child's first lesson, we refund everything you have paid: term fees, the $50 registration fee, the $50 annual materials fee, and your deposit in full.
- The two weeks run from your child's first lesson attended.
- The one calendar month's withdrawal notice does not apply to a guarantee claim.
- To claim, contact the centre within the two-week period and submit the withdrawal form.
- Refunds are made by bank transfer within 30 days.
Attending a free trial lesson does not affect your guarantee.
Order Issues & Returns
We're sorry for the delay! Please first check your tracking number for the latest updates from the courier. If it has been more than 7 working days, please contact our support team with your order number.
Sometimes, items may be shipped in separate packages. Please check your shipping confirmation email to see if your order was split. If you believe an item is missing, please contact us immediately.
