Placing Orders

How can I place an order?

You can buy directly from our Little India branch or order online from this website. Select the items from our huge collection of Tamil books and resources from this website, add to the cart, make payment and complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order.

Can I purchae directly from Tamilcube branch?

Yes. You can buy from our Little India branch. Please refer to the location and operating hours.

Can I place order through Whatsapp or phone call?

No. The only method of placing orders is through this website or from Little India branch.

Payment

How can I make payment for my order?

Our website accepts Paypal payment and Credit card payments.

Please refer to Payment Methods for payment options available.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery?

No. We dispatch the order only after payment is made through PayPal, online transfer or PayNow.

Shipping and Delivery

What are the shipping methods available?

We dispatch the orders by Ordinary mail through Singpost and Courier through Speedpost. Self-collection from Little India branch is also available.

Can I self-collect from Tamilcube branch?

Yes. You can self-collect from Little India branch.

  • Location: 10 Upper Dickson Road, Singapore – 207470.
  • Collection Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 10am to 5pm. [Closed on Public Holidays]

I need the item urgently. Can I Request for delivery through Courier?

Yes. Please choose the Courier shipping option. Alternatively, you can buy from our Little India branch. Please refer to the location and operating hours.

Do you offer Door Delivery?

Yes. Please choose the Courier shipping option.

When will I receive my order?

During the ordering process, the system will idicate the estimated delivery date range.

Singpost Ordinary Mail: Please allow 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch for the order to be delivered to your mailbox.

Courier by Speedpost: Please allow 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch for door delivery.

Self-collection: Allow us one working day from the date of order.

I have received only a portion of my order. What happened to the rest of my order?

Sometimes, an order is dispatched in multiple packets. Pleasae wait for the other packets to be delivered. If the item ordered is out of stock, we will inform you too.

Tracking of order

Can I track my order?

Yes. Please login to My Account page.

On Hold: We are waiting for payment or verification of payment is in progress. Once you make a digital payment, please submit the proof of payment immediately so that we can check and process your order on time.

Processing: We have verified your payment. Packing and dispatching is in progress.

Completed: We have dispatched your order. Please allow 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch for the item to be delivered to your mailbox.
